洛阳华纳精密轴承科技有限公司研发生产的串列推力圆柱滚子轴承承载能力强,平均截面较小,轴向负载能力很强,轴承热处理硬度HRC58~62 具有很强的耐磨性,抗冲压,使用寿命长,是平行双螺杆挤出机的理想螺杆主轴轴承。用户根据螺杆中心距、空间和负荷大小在本公司样本中选择二、三、四、五、六、七或八列串列轴承。本公司也承接样本以外尺寸和结构的串列轴承。
串列轴承有以下结构型式:
基本型串列轴承,是通过弹性隔圈将轴圈、座圈和滚子-保持架组件联结。该型轴承为分离型结构,零件可拆卸,使用时务须按照我公司提供的编号次序精心安装、拆卸。
带套筒型串列轴承,在基本型串列轴承的外面套有套筒,使用时总体装卸。
